S'mores Protein Pancakes


Ingredients:
*1/2c rolled oats
*1/4c nonfat plain greek yogurt
*2tbsp whole wheat flour
*1/4 milk (I used almond coconut blend)
*1 scoop Muscle Milk protein powder, graham cracker flavored
*1/4tsp baking powder
*2/3c liquid egg whites

Place all ingredients in a blender or NutriBullet. Blend until smooth. Pour 1/4c to 1/2c of batter, per pancake, on a greased nonstick skillet. I used coconut oil spray to grease with. Tastes better to me than butter or olive oil spray. Flip pancake when it has browned on one side.

Topping:
*2tbsp calorie free marshmallow dip
*1tbsp dairy free baking chips
