Maple Bacon Pancake Poppers
🍴🐖Maple Bacon Pancake Poppers🐖🍴(Paleo Friendly/Gluten Free/Dairy Free)
-1 Cup Simple Mills Pancake & Waffle Mix
-1 Cup Muscle Egg Vanilla Egg Whites
-1 Scoop Nutrition53 Vegan1 Vanilla
-4 Tbsp Real Bacon Bits
-1/4 Cup Creamy Natural Almond Butter
-1 Tsp Imitation Maple Flavor
_Directions_
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, beat together Simple Mills, Muscle Egg, Vegan1, maple flavor and almond butter.
Once it is lump free add in real bacon bits. Using a greased mini muffin pan spoon about 1 tablespoon of batter for each muffin. This batch made approximately 22 mini muffins. Bake until muffins are slightly brown on top.
