Ingredients
-3 cups raw spinach
-1/2 cup canned chick peas
-5.3 Oz of plain greek yogurt
-1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla almond milk
-2 tbsp coconut flour
-1 stalk of celery, chopped
-1tsp imitation coconut extract
-1tsp salt free Indian curry
-1/2tsp garlic
-1tsp ghee
Directions
Add all ingredients into a stick free pan and heat to boil. Reduced heat once boiling and simmer until spinach is cooked.
You can add salt if you wish.
