Hummingbird Cake Protein Donuts with Protein Glaze


Ingredients For Cake Donuts
-1c FlapJacked Buttermilk Pancake/Baking Mix
-4oz ripe banana, mashed
-4oz canned crushed pineapple, drain juice and set aside
-1/2 scoop Question Multi Purpose Protein Mix
-1/2tsp baking powder
-1/2tsp ground cinnamon
-1/2c organic rice milk
-2tbsp Torani sugar free vanilla flavor

Protein Glaze
-2tbsp light cream cheese, softened
-1/2 scoop Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein
-3 tbsp pineapple juice


Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray donut pan with non stick spray. In a bowl, mash together all ingredients until smooth. Mixture may have some lumps from pineapple and banana.
Put batter into donut pan and bake around 22minutes.

Remove from oven and let donuts cool.

While donuts are cooling mix cream cheese, vanilla protein and pineapple juice in a small bowl.

Spread glaze over donuts.

I topped with chopped pecans. (15g) But this is optional.

Refrigerate if you do not eat them right then. This recipe made 8 donuts.
