Ingredients
- 1 Container Hungry Jack Hashbrown Potatoes
- 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1/4 Cup Kirkland Real Bacon Crumbles
- 2 Whole Eggs + 4 Egg Whites
- 112g Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Fill potatoes with water as directed on the box. Let soak for 12-15 min. Scramble eggs and set aside. In a nonstick skillet heat coconut oil. Once potatoes are done soaking pour potatoes into oil. Sautee until potatoes are turning slightly brown. Spread potatoes evenly on a baking sheet. Bake in oven until potatoes are starting to get crispy. Remove and place scrambled egg on top followed by the cheese and bacon. Place pizza back in oven until cheese is starting to brown.
