Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Protein Cookies
Ingredients
1 large egg
1/4c unsweetened applesauce
1/2c quick oats
1 scoop protein powder(I used Snickerdoodle flavored)
1 tbsp almond butter
1/4 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp miniature chocolate chips(I used EnjoyLife)
Directions
In a bowl mix egg, applesauce and almond butter until smooth. Then add protein powder and cinnamon until smooth. Then mix in oats and chocolate chips. Bake 350 for 15-20min.
*Makes 4 cookies

Bacon Chocolate Chip Banana Pancakes
Ingredients
-1 scoop Snickerdoodle whey protein
-1/3c nonfat plain Greek yogurt
-1 tbsp whole wheat flour
-1 tbsp ground flax seed
-1/4 tsp baking powder
-1/4 tsp cinnamon
-2 tsp banana extract
-2 eggs
-1/4c unsweetened almond coconut blend milk
-1/4c Enjoy Life chocolate chip baking chips
-1/2c real bacon pieces(I used reduced sodium)
Directions
Blend all ingredients, except chocolate chips and bacon pieces, in a blender until smooth. Poor into a bowl and fold in chocolate chips and bacon pieces.
Using 1/4c, pour batter on a well greased griddle. Flip pancake when one side has browned.
Makes 6 pancakes.
