Protein Pancakes


I have a love hate for protein pancakes. I like my pancakes fluffy and moist. Sometimes protein powders just makes them dry and flat with a weird after taste. Depending on the recipe. So I have found a different way of creating high protein pancakes full of flavor. Moist and fluffy. Plus easy to make!

Here it is.......and the approximate MACROS:


  • 78g Carbs
  • 29g Protein
  • 7g Fat


Ingredients

  • 2/3 Cup Log Cabin All Natural Pancake Mix
  • 1/3 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 5.3oz Container of Oikos Triple Zero- ANY FLAVOR


Directions
In a bowl, mix all ingredients with a hand mixer. Using a nonstick skillet or griddle pour about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake. Recipe makes 6 pancakes.
