Easy Shrimp Spring Rolls
This was so easy! I am now hooked on making my own spring rolls and I may have to permanently stock up on rice papers. 😊
Approximate MACROS:
55g Carbs
8g Fat
15g Protein
Ingredients
-4 Banh Trang Medium Rice Papers
-2 oz Carrots Sliced Thin
-1 oz Fresh Avocado Slices
-1 oz Spring Lettuce Mix
-10 Medium Cooked Shrimp
Directions
For each spring roll, soak 2 rice papers in warm water for 5 seconds. Once they begin to soften place on a dry plate. Put spring mix, carrots, shrimp and avocado in the middle, then roll the rice papers up around it.
Yes.....THAT EASY!!!!! And your ingredients for the spring roll are endless!!!
